These terms are a plain-language placeholder for TUBER, a game by the TUBER team. They should be reviewed by counsel before launch. By downloading or playing TUBER, you agree to the following.

The deal

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play TUBER on devices you own or control, for fun and non-commercial use. The game, its art, sound, code, and the TUBER name belong to the TUBER team.

Play fair

• Don't cheat, tamper with, reverse-engineer, or try to break the game for other players.
• Don't use TUBER to do anything illegal, or to harm the TUBER team or anyone else.
• High scores are for bragging rights only. They carry no monetary value.

Purchases & cosmetics

If TUBER offers cosmetic items or other in-app purchases, they are licences to use virtual items inside the game, not property you own, and not redeemable for real-world value. Purchases are handled by Apple under the App Store terms, and refunds follow Apple's policies.

The game is provided "as is"

We work hard to make TUBER fun and stable, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or bug-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TUBER is provided without warranties, and the TUBER team is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the game.

Updates & changes

We may update the game and these terms over time. Meaningful changes will be reflected by the date above. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the revised terms.
