What is TUBER?
TUBER is a fast, silly, arcade snow-tubing game for iPhone. You ride a tube downhill, dodge obstacles, smash boost pads, outrun the lava, and chase a high score. Pick-up-and-play in seconds, rage-restart for hours.
Is TUBER available on Android?
Not yet. TUBER is launching on iPhone first. An Android version may follow depending on how the descent goes. Sign up via the App Store CTA to hear about it.
Does TUBER collect personal data?
No accounts, no names, no selling data. The game stores your scores and settings on your device. We may collect anonymous, aggregate analytics and crash reports to improve the game. Full detail is on the Privacy Policy.
How do I report a bug?
Email support@tuberthegame.com with your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what happened (a screen recording is gold). We triage these every week.
I lost my high scores / unlocks. Help?
Scores and cosmetics are saved on your device. Deleting and reinstalling the app, or moving to a new phone without an iCloud backup, can reset them. If something looks wrong after an update, email us and we can often help.
How do I request deletion of my data?
TUBER doesn't create accounts, so there's no profile to delete. Removing the app clears all on-device data. If we ever add accounts, you'll be able to request deletion here and by emailing support@tuberthegame.com.
The lava keeps eating me. Is that a bug?
No. That's the game working perfectly. Go faster.
