TUBER is a snow-tubing arcade game made by the TUBER team. We like high scores, not your personal data. This policy explains, in plain language, what the app does and doesn't collect. It's written to be honest and family-friendly. Placeholder wording below should be reviewed by counsel before launch.
The short version
No accounts. No sign-up. We don't sell your data, and we don't run ads. The game keeps your high scores and settings on your device. That's basically it.
What we collect
- On-device game data. Your high scores, unlocked cosmetics, and settings are stored locally on your iPhone. They are not uploaded to us.
- Optional anonymous analytics. We may collect aggregate, non-identifying gameplay stats (e.g. how far players get, which obstacles end runs) to make the game better. This never includes your name, email, or precise location.
- Optional crash reports. If the app crashes, Apple and/or a crash-reporting tool may send us diagnostic info so we can fix it. These reports are anonymized.
What we do not do
- We do not require an account or collect your name, email, or phone number.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Ever.
- We do not show third-party advertising. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Made to be family-friendly
TUBER is designed to be safe for all ages. Because we don't collect personal information or include chat, there's nothing for kids to overshare. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Third-party services
We use Apple's App Store and may use Apple's standard frameworks for crash reporting and aggregate analytics. Their handling of data is governed by Apple's own privacy policy. If we add any additional service, we'll list it here.
Your choices
You can disable analytics and crash sharing in your iOS settings at any time. Deleting the app removes all on-device game data.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top and, for meaningful changes, note it in the app. Continued play after an update means you accept the revised policy.
